There's a special place in hell for recipe authors who use volume instead of weight for gooey or sticky things. Use volume for liquids. Any other time, it's much easier and more reliable to go by weight. ANY time. There's no way that I, an occasional hobbyist baker, could be wrong about this.
This turned out to look less impressive than I had hoped. But I have poppies!
Look at this cloud like treat. Would you believe that it's made entirely of bean water and sugar and fruity sprinkles (which I guess is also sugar)? Well it is. And I think that's magical. And tastes and feels exactly like normal meringue.
I could have made it look nicer, but I made the stuff to replace eggs in pancakes and there are some more steps if meringue is what you're primarily going to make. And if you want them to look sharp.

Friggen double rainbow today
Today I ate a mint that expired in 2010. I found it in an old jacket. It was quite the treasure to find, because I wanted a liquorice or mint or something, but my liquorices were upstairs and I didn't feel like going up the stairs.

I accidentally grabbed my dark blue eyeliner instead of my eyebrow pencil. I didn't notice before I had started filling in the first eyebrow. And I thought: maybe this will be a cool new thing for me! So I filled in both eyebrows with it. And guess what. It was not a cool new thing. Or I'm not cool enough to pull it off. Is anyone? I don't know. It looked bad. I had to rinse it off, because I'll be going out in public later. Extra work! Annoying.
